The photographs taken by me that were placed on this website were consciously placed thereon:

1. In small size
2. Low resolutions
3. Embedded with a watermark

The choice to reduce the quality of the photos in comparison with the originals was made to protect the placed photos against misuse by others. Copyright is applicable to these photographs, so that the use thereof without explicit written approval of the undersigned is a punishable act. Herewith you are explicitly pointed out not to perform such acts. If you act otherwise immediate measures can be taken against you. I trust your understanding in this matter.

In the event you may wish to purchase a specific photograph you can contact me in the manner as indicated on this website. I will reply to your request as soon as possible.

The original of every photograph that is placed on this website is of such high quality that it can be printed in any size; from postage stamp size to billboard size. The printing material can also differ from for example premium quality photo paper to canvas sheets. Any material (of your choice) of reasonable quality that can be used for printing work can be used for your personal printing of one of the photographs. 

In my upcoming exposition I will show photographs that are printed on 60x80 cm photo paper with a modern German silver frame and a wide passe-partout. The size of the framed photo is 90x110 cm. Some photos are printed on different sizes canvas: square, oblong, panorama and larger works in 122x169 cm format (width x height).

My work is special in nature. As mentioned before they are particular personal light captured moments, which as regards timing, lighting, wind and composition can never be reproduced. Therefore only five (5) examples of each work are available for the local market. Work sold abroad may no be reprinted in any form or under any circumstance.

With the purchase of any work buyers receive a registered certificate from the undersigned with a short description of the particular photograph provided with my own protective watermark. This serves as proof of originality.

The rights of the original example of any particular photograph remain at all times explicitly and exclusively with me, the photographer in question. Nobody has the right to claim the right of ownership of the original example at any time.

Any purchased, respectively ordered, work of mine will only be printed in the desired size and on the desired material if the personal wishes of the potential buyer have been approved by the printer and a down payment was made of 75% of the agreed purchase price. The rest of the purchase price must be paid upon delivery. The buyer explicitly gives up the right to cancel the purchase due to personal reasons. The only exception to return (part) of the purchase price is if there is a question of malice or recklessness on my part. As regards the delivery time of any work or particular photograph, the agreed time of delivery will only apply as target date.
